What is the PCFAWC?

The Pollution Control Financing Authority (PCFAWC) of Warren County operates the Warren County District Landfill, the Warren County Convenience/Recycling Center and is responsible for implementing Warren County’s solid waste management plan.

The plan, designed by the Warren County Board of Chosen Freeholders, seeks to
enhance the quality of life of Warren County residents through responsible and environmentally friendly waste management services.

Emerging as a leader in the use of new technologies and innovations in the science of waste management, the PCFAWC and the Warren County Board of Chosen Freeholders provide Warren County with the highest quality and most cost effective services possible.
